ACCEPTED FORMATS

We accept all industry standard programs – Adobe Creative Suite and Quark Xpress but we prefer PDF files. We will accept Microsoft formats but please be aware that these formats are not ideal for printing.

Please adhere to the checklist below to ensure correct printing of your job and a faster turn around. Please see our ‘Useful Terms’ if you are unsure of any terminology.

• SPOT/PMS COLOURS INDICATED
• RESOLUTION IS 300 DPI AT FULL SIZE
• FONTS ARE SUPPLIED, EMBEDDED OR OUTLINED

From simple business cards to a complete redesign of your corporate identity (logo, brochures, letterheads etc), Emerald Press will ensure that we meet your design needs. SCANNING

Scanning of original artwork, photographs and transparencies is available (up to A3 size). We can digitally enhance and ‘clean-up’ your images for a professional finish.

PERSONALISATION

At Emerald Press, we can personalise your documents using our variable data printing software. This software allows us to personalise your promotional communications by varying text, graphics, barcodes, or entire layouts based on information found in your databases.
